12-meter vibrating pile driver for concrete sheet pile in a high storage building projects work
Pile-driving leads are used to align concentrically the pile head and hammer, provide lateral support for the pile, and maintain proper pile alignment and position during driving. If the hammer is not aligned properly with the pile head, eccentric loading can cause excessive stresses that result in structural damage of the pile. VIBRA Pile drivers provides automatic cement sheet clamp which ensure that there is no structural damage of the piles. Driving caps are placed between the pile head and the hammer and transfer the driving energy from the hammer to the pile without causing distress to the pile. Also, the driving energy transferred to the pile will be reduced. In the picture showing FV-350 fitted with XCMG excavator model XE370CA, customer is driving 12-meter concrete sheet pile in a high storage building projects work. Client is happy with the automatic clamping system as its saving his manpower cost at the same time saving working time as well.

Working Principle
Hydraulic vibrating pile driver take the advantage of high frequency vibration generated by motor and transit the vibration force to the hydraulic vibrating pile driver for the surrounding soil liquefying & break its structure to reduce the friction; then piling or drilling the pile form the soil ground via excavator. The high frequency vibration is driven by the hydraulic motor of the excavator. The hydraulic motor drives the two eccentric axes to rotate at high speed in opposite direction. The horizontal force of the eccentric axis cancels each other without vibration. The vertical forces add up to each other, creating a vertical-frequency vibration.
